Since joining eXp Realty, Victor continues to offer his skills to a growing list of clients. As a 30+ years resident of Maricopa, Victor has first-hand knowledge of the area’s top schools, neighborhoods and hidden gems. Prior to joining eXp, Victor enjoyed a successful career at USPS.

Victor began his career with the U.S Army, served 2 years in Mannheim, Germany and 2 years in Warrington England. After 34 years at the Post Office, he is making the leap to real estate and is not looking back. His corporate background sets him apart in this highly competitive marketplace. He is analytical, results oriented, and his loyal clients would also add caring. Victor listens to his clients’ needs and has the strategic skills to deliver results.

Born in San Juan PR, Victor attended Sacred Heart University where he studied Computer Science.

Victor resides in the City of Maricopa, Pinal County with his wife Elma, they have two kids and one grandkid. He enjoys staying involved in the communities, he is a member of the American Legion. He is as passionate about the community as he is about homes, giving back as a volunteer whenever possible.
